During this time, Cordoba pays tribute to spring, highlighting colour, music, dance and gastronomy.<\/p>\n<p>Flowers become the true protagonists, filling the city with life and vibrancy as the various festivities take place.<\/p>\n<h2>When are the May Crosses celebrated?<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>May Crosses <\/strong>are traditionally celebrated around the Day of the Cross (3 May).
